TiVo looping in welcome screen

I've been in an queue on the messaging service since 11am. I haven't rang because I cannot sit in an hour and half queue whilst at work. My box has an orange light and is continuously looping the welcome screen. I've rebooted many times and removed connections then put back in. It's been like this for a few days now. I've also gone through the boards to see if there is any other fix I can try. I just know the box is knackered and need a new one. Help please.

Realistically, you have 3 ways to report faults at the moment.

1: The text messaging service tends to respond after a day or so, it's not intended to have an immediate response

2: Wait on here for VM staff, currently that's upto a week.

3: Call in - queues are lower during the morning and afternoon.
