TiVo box stuck in a loop

Box is stuck in a loop to the welcome screen then occasionally an arrow appears, reset the WiFi still no luck rang customer services told to wait for 3 hours still the same with an orange flashing light

It only matters if the staff team respond, but you've referred to a TiVo but posted in the V6 board. Which do you have? Check here if you're not sure.

I'd be sceptical on the 3hour wait - this can usually be resolved during one call, even if that's to book a tech appointment.

You can either try calling back and getting another agent, or wait on here for staff to respond. That might take an extra couple of days.
