My old TiVo box downstairs will not connect to the v6 boxes upstairs. Error v401
The TiVo is connected to the router via tplink powerline WiFi connectors.
Any idea anyone please ?

Try swapping the V6 & TiVo around, assuming the V6 is nearer your router.
TiVo doesn't have WiFi, so make it the Ethernet-connected box, and the V6 by wireless.

Good morning and thanks for your advice .
What should the strength of the powerline adapters be ?
The hub is too far away to ideally connect via ethernet
Thanks

Can't change position of TiVo as I need the scart and audio outputs which the V6s don't have .
I have altered the WiFi to automatic channel choosing and seems to be working better now 👍🏻
