my TiVo box keeps cutting out and restarting whilst I’m on Netflix can anyone help resolve.
1: Do you have a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, check here
2: Do you have any problems watching OnDemand programmes? These also use the same inbuilt internet connection as Netflix & iPlayer streaming apps.
3: Assuming you do have a TiVo... do you get any flashing lights on the front-left of your box?
If your box is restarting, then regardless of these questions, it has a fault and I'd recommend you call in to report it.
