I’m having trouble with my V6 box. When it’s turned in first thing in the morning it often doesn’t send a signal to the HDMI so the tv says ‘no signal’. If I turn it off and on a few times eventually it will work and will work fine for hours. Occasionally though it will just turn itself off too, not just on standby but fully off so you get the welcome screen etc. I suspected a fault with the HDMI cable so have swapped this. I’ve also checked all of the cables too. All appears fine. It’s a few years old so could just have developed a fault. Obviously I understand that the call centres have less staff at this time so wanted some advice before I try and contact Virgin directly. I’d imagine they would replace it foc as we’ve recently started a new deal too. Thanks in advance.
