TiVo V6 box not connecting to on demand or catch up
Received replacement TiVo V6 box. All connected but there's no on demand, catch-up, and I can't search. This is in a bedroom connected on wifi. The TiVo V6 box downstairs is connected the same except has the ethernet cable. Any ideas what's wrong. The box is pretty useless at the moment and a waste of money if these services aren't available. Old style box worked perfect

So I've swapped this box with the one downstairs and it's exactly the same downstairs. No search facility, ion demand or catch up. The one from downstairs works perfect upstairs just on wifi.
Could it really be that virgin have sent me a replacement V6 box for the one downstairs and not to replace the old TiVo box in the bedroom. That's all I can think because when I try to find the remote on virgin connect app it can't find the box either
