TiVo V6 Remote - dead button

Hello there,

The Zero/0 key on my peanut remote has died.  I've tried to order a replacement online but the page shows an error (From https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/order-new-remote to https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/perform-equipment-checks but page shows "Oops, something's broken. We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted." is displayed.  

Could a lovely VM person please click the bits to get me a replacement?
