TiVo V6 Box Stuck on StartingUp loop

Hi,

Seems to be a few occurrences of this reported on this forum - my V6 box can't get past the Starting Up screen.  I have tried all the recommended reset/restart approaches with no luck.  Judging by the past threads on this, there doesn't look to be any DIY type fix and the solution looks to be a replacement box.

Hoping someone from the forum team can contact me to help arrange this.

Hi Glenn,

 

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the delayed reply and also the TV box issue. 

 

I've checked the system today and both boxes are showing offline. Is this happening to both or just one box please?

 

Are there any lights showing on the affected box and if so is it white/red?

Hi John,

Thanks for coming back to me.

It's just happening on one of my boxes. 

The affected box has an orange light on the Welcome screen.  Then starts flashing orange and an icon appears that would suggest something being downloaded to the box (Down arrow to set top box).  Then after a short period of time, the startup loop kicks in and the light transitions between white and red.
