My recordings and while watching ‘live’ TV are getting more pixelated or shadows for over a week now.
I’ve rebooted and nothing has changed and today called 150 for assistance but after a diagnostic check I was hung up on ...
Any suggestions? It’s not all the time.

I hope the previous poster doesn't take this as rude, but... if any CS agent told me when I called to report a fault, that there was nothing wrong.... 😉
Can I confirm if you're still experiencing this have you tried to resit the cables into the back of the Tivo box please?
