TiVo Box

We have just upgraded our TV to a 50” HD TV and the quality is fantasting on everything, except the Virgin TV box, where the quality is shocking on all channels including HD channels. Whilst trying to solve this issue (still unsolved), we have discovered that we have a TiVo box even though our account states we should have a V6 box. 

Could this please be looked into and sorted.

Call “Retentions” on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-5 "Thinking of leaving" - they are open Monday – Friday, 8am - 8pm and on Saturday from 8am - 6pm. – [early is best!]) you will get a UK call centre who are more flexible and tell them your problem and they should sort it for you

Sorry to hear of the TV issue, is this on all channels or specific ones? 

 

Can you elaborate as well for me on should have a V6 not a TiVo®?
