Since 4pm today not had signal from box. Service check highlights a fault. Did all that was asked, when it gets to starting up the box makes lots of noises as if the hard drive is trying to kick in without success. Tried to phone virgin, got a recorded message saying engineers working on it but is complex issue. Will text with updates. Sons original tivo box is working, so seems to be my box not external. phone cuts off after message and cant speak to anyone. Can anyone help please?
