This channel is not authorised

Hi 

I have been plagued with issues over the past few months from broadband to TV. 

TV is saying channel is not authorised? No idea why last week there was no EPG saying to be announced ? Internet is connected , all the reboot procedures followed and still nothing. On top of this my Virgin App for 3 weeks can’t find my hub 🤯

What specific channel are you getting this error on, and which TV package are you on? Check your bills if you're not sure. Also is there an error code with that message, there should be - and that will help.

Could you elaborate on your EPG issues? Many of the PSB channels (101-105 especially) populate days 7-14 between Friday-Sunday before falling back to a 7day guide again.

Hi 

it’s every channel got the full package. 

At work just now but will be trying another full reboot when home to see if it sorta the problem

"Full package" could mean different things to different people, but I would presume your base is Maxit then.

If this is happening on multiple channels, then I'm back to asking what the error code is. "Not authorised" is the message, but the code will give a strong clue - is it 7400 by any chance?
