Hi Martin, thank you.
I do, but I was advised last week that I would be sent packaging to return the equipment.
Due to the need to take packaged equipment to another location we have temporarily changed the way we get equipment.
The text message is from ourselves, if you can follow the instructions that should be with the message our engineer should be able to collect the equipment without any contact.
That's perfect thank you just wanted to verify.
Will there be any confirmation of collection provided? As just strolling through some of these forums there seems to be some issues where virgin have claimed to not receive the equipment
It's likely the engineer collecting the equipment will contact you when close to the property.
