Why does our television keep cutting out for about 8 seconds then comes on again. So annoying.Tried changing HDM cable it made no difference.
Is this on any specific channels? Or when watching a specific app or recorded programme?

No any channel and recordered programmes.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your Tv services. I have checked over your services on our side and cannot see anything that could be causing this.
Can you confirm if all the cables have been secured in the Tv & Box?
Have you tried an alternative HDMI port in the Tv?
Hi, an engineer came yesterday and moved the HDM1 port on the tv but didnt work, he used a second port and so far so good. So fingers crossed. Thank you for your helpful advise.
