Talksport 927 not working

For several months now Talksport has not worked at all but every other station works.

Any help please

Sorry to hear about these issues with your Talk sport service. We have tested and it is working for other users, which means it may be an issue specific to your device. 

Are you getting any kind of error message or code when trying to access the service? 

Have you recently rebooted your box? (Turning it off at the switch so that any updates can be installed if needed?)

Please let us know about these two things and we can then offer further support if needed!

There no error code and it working again for 24 hours and then stops again. It the only channel that does that

Sorry to hear that the issue with Talksport is ongoing for you. And sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing you.  Please can you confirm if you're a single or multi-room user?  If so, are you having the issue on both boxes?  Also have you tried doing a 'factory reset' of the box? There's an option on there to do so, but still retain recordings. Please do get back to us.

Multi room user. I have done everything i can do to fix it. It only that radio station that doesnt work
