TV360 says hub not connected to network

Does anyone else with a TV360 box have the problem of it saying that the hub isn’t connected to the internet?

I check “settings>network>diagnostics” and it says that the tv360 box is connected to the hub but that the hub isn’t connected to the internet! I know the hub is connected and is working with no issues.

A couple of minutes after doing the diagnostic check, the tv box is working okay again and diagnostic check says that the hub is now connected to the internet. It’s a frustrating problem as it usually happens after I’ve watched a saved programme or something on Netflix.

Combined with the issues of not being able to series record only new episodes or set up wish list recordings, I’m really regretting taking up the option to switch from my reliable v6 box!

There are plenty of threads in different forums indicating that switch from a V6 to a TV360 is NOT an upgrade at present.

Hopefully it will be in the future - but it is not at present.
