TV voice isn’t synced

My TV keeps coming out of sync. So the voice / sound doesn’t match what’s being said by about 2 seconds delay.  The only way to fix it is to change the channel regularly. Is anyone else having the issue?

Have you tried a new HDMI cable and another port ion the TV first?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
