tried to install new tv box (had v broadband previously but new to tv) it’s getting stuck on 33% and error code s102 which tells me to contact virgin I’ve tried 3 times today and been unable to get through - can anyone help me please
I'm afraid, as per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 this can only be resolved by calling.
Although.... I'm presuming you have a V6 rather than TiVo (check here ) - make sure the box has a working internet connection via your homehub as well as the co-ax carrying your TV signals.
