Have had the V6 box for a couple of years and in the last few weeks it intermittently stops sending the picture to the TV (LG Smart TV)
Have rebooted the V6 box which only temporarily resolves the issue. Have changed the HDMI cable and no joy. Have changed the HDMI slot on the TV, no joy. Read on a previous thread to change the video output via Settings, temporarily fixed it for a day or two and then came back.
Trying to connect to Virgin Customer Services (37minutes and counting). Any ideas? Judging by other threads this seems a common issue but unclear how people resolve......especially if you can’t contact Virgin.
Temperamental service and impossible to speak to anyone in Customer Service!
