Turned on the Virgin box tonight to watch a recorded program and it keeps flashing on screen and losing sound. This happens every few seconds so is becoming annoying.
I then turned the box off and on and it still happens whether I'm on live or recorded TV.
The service status says it's OK and no problems?
Then I've used YouTube and Netflix direct through my TV and they work fine but when I use the Virgin box again the problem persists.
Never had this happen before so not sure if it can be fixed manually or I need an engineer?
