TV pixilation still ongoing

Hi Team, we still have ongoing pixilation on every channel we watch live or recorded.
Rebooted box and hub several times still the same.

Restarting your hub won't be having any effect as live TV doesn't use the internet. Is anything reported on your local status line 0800 5610061?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV picture at the moment. I have looked into your services on our system and cannot see any issues in your area or with your individual services, are the problem still on going?
