TV pixelation issue

Annoying pixelation happening on tv intermittently. My Virginmedia service status says no issue in my area. Phoned 150 twice. First time, test done, engineer booked. Second time, more tests done, told to wait for engineer. Problem resolved that evening so cancelled engineer. Now it's back! Aaargh! 😡
