TV pixelating

My TV has been pixelating for about 2 months now. I have tried everything that Virgin have suggested ie. Checked all cables and HDMI cables. Nothing has helped. How can I get further help from Virgin? Any advice appreciated. Getting annoyed now as not getting anywhere with Virgin.

Pixellating live channels, assuming you've restarted your box, is almost certainly a signal fault and in most cases would need an engineer visit - sometimes just a box replacement.

The normal course of action is to call Virgin on the usual number (150 or 0345 4541111), report your fault and then progress from there.

When you say you're "not getting anywhere", how do you mean?
