TV not starting up

We had Virgin installed today. One of our boxes isn’t loading. It’s changing from a welcome page to starting up page and intermittently turning off. Any ideas? We’ve tried turning it off and all cables are secure.

Hi Joannejky,

 You might need to phone 0800 953 9500 to get your box activated.

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number

Apologies for our delayed response. I've just taken a look at the back end of your services from here and I can now see that both set top boxes are showing as online. Can you please confirm if the issue has now been resolved?
