TV issue

Is it possible to book an engineer via the website as I cannot get through on the phone. We are having issues with the TV guide on our TV V6 box; there are no programmes listed and cannot set to record anything. I've gone through all the steps on the website to try and rectify this but nothing is working so think we need an engineer to come out.

Most likely the V6 is not connected to the Hub anymore. Is it cabled or WiFi?

Going to seetings and doing a Network call will confirm the issue.

As per @ozsat (spot on!!) advice, follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, check the top-right, does your V6 show as connected to the internet?

If it does.. then use "Connect to Virgin Media service now" at the bottom of the screen.

If not, how is your V6 connected to your homehub?
