TV in BH18 9JH area

Does anybody know anything about the loss of TV signal in the BH18 9JH area. the signal disappeared Wednesday last week (29 Nov) and after several delays is due to return on Friday. Is this correct?

Are we due a rebate for 10 days without the TV service?

The best source for local outages is the automated 0800 5610061 status line.

There is no automatic compensation for loss of TV, the scheme only applies to landline telephony & broadband. Providing you have reported your loss of service to VM, then you should have a good case for loss-of-service credits against the TV element of your package.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with your TV service. Taking a look at things this end, we can see that an engineer visit was required to resolve the fault and this has been completed. 

Can you let us know how things have been since the engineer's visit and if things are all back up and running?
