TV guide

Why is it showing to be announced on TV guide. Can't watch catch up TV either. It is a V6 box. Sorry someone did reply but seem to have deleted reply in error

Hi bassmanandyc,

This happens when the V6 has lost connection to the internet.

Using your remote go to HOME > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service now

How is your V6 connected to your homehub? newapollo has given good advice as regards the quick fix - but the V6 boxes update their guide every 6 hours, and to have "TBA" on all channels tends to suggest your box has lost its internet connection for at least a week, most likely a lot longer.

You may have an underlying problem with your box's internet connection, or you may have just been unlucky.
