How is your V6 connected to your homehub? newapollo has given good advice as regards the quick fix - but the V6 boxes update their guide every 6 hours, and to have "TBA" on all channels tends to suggest your box has lost its internet connection for at least a week, most likely a lot longer.
You may have an underlying problem with your box's internet connection, or you may have just been unlucky.
