TV guide showing “to be announced”

We had a local blackout on Saturday and since then the TV guide shows only “to be announced”.  Have gone through the recommendations of reconnect to virginmedia services, and rebooted at least twice.  Anyone else suffering (I’m in Lincoln in case it helps) or any other suggestions other than call technical support??

Have you rebooted both the hub and the V6?

Before going straight to a (potentially unnecessary) reboot and/or support call, let's check some basics...

Which TV box do you have - TiVo or V6? If you're not sure, check here 

Does your OnDemand service work?
