TV glitch

Im having issues with the TV glitching every minute or so, i have checked all the connections rebooted etc lots of times in the last few weeks. It makes watching TV impossible. Anyone any idea of how to solve this or anyone having the same issue (area 10)? I'm thinking it could be a fault at the box but not sure. Im struggling to get hold of customer service to report this fault and after three weeks of this im at the end of my tether.

hi

have you tried a different hdmi cable,also does the tv clitch without the v6 box been on,so like if you watching freeview do you still have the same issue

Nope its just when im watching virgin. Fine when im using my firestick. I will try a new HDMI cable but will have to order one.
