When watching TV certain channels are either no working and displaying error boxes or the picture and sound keep breaking up.
I have restarted my box, inputted the error codes online and was advised to ring. I rang and the automated system checked the service to my house and said I needed to speak to an operator.
I then spent the next 45 minutes on hold just to get disconnected. My house phone is currently not working so this call was from an O2 number which has cost me £7.20. So now not only do I still not have working channels I have also been charged for a call which has been disconnected!
