I am a new customer (well a month in) and have had to keep asking on the live text for my channels to be activated. I have heard nothing back for 3 weeks and I am starting to get seriously annoyed! Of course I understand the current stress tge company is under but I keep being told someone will get back to me but weeks later nought.
Sorry, what do you mean? Is your actual TV box not even activated? Can you watch TV via your V6? You need to explain this more so it can be looked into.l as VM have recently done some free additional channels due to the ongoing pandemic.
