TV box stuck on screen showing "starting up"

My TV is stuck on the starting up screen. I have two boxes and it is working fine in the other room. Can you help?

I take it that you mean that one of your V6 boxes is stuck on starting up? How is the "stuck" one connected to the Hub? Is it new and perhaps not been activated?
Turn it off and unplug it for 5' and start it up again.

Yes that is correct.

How is the "stuck" one connected to the Hub?

I beleive it is connected via a white COAX IN cable. 

Is it new and perhaps not been activated?

No - it has previously been activated as I have used it before. 

 

I've tried the turn off & un-plug but no luck. Any other ideas?
