My TV box shows a bright green screen with a long message to the effect that it has a serious problem and will try to fix itself. It does not and seems stuck in a permanent restart loop. Customer services seems unavailable (3 hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone).
Does anyone have any advice or experience of this? Thanks.
Hi having read other posts relating to this it is described as the "green screen of death" in other words the box has packed up and needs replacing, try and contact customer services which i know is not easy, or wait on here for a virgin person to respond, it may take 4 or 5 days, hope you have some luck.
