TV & Phone Down in N15 18:30 Saturday 04.05.19

Just an FYI on the above.

Dialled in with mobile to inform VM and after a few mins of dodging the auto questions was told the wait time is 30 mins....wow!!

Internet is working, so tried the webchat feature.  Get the message "Sorry, the team are currently unavailable, please try again during our opening times" and on the same page in even bigger letters I see for the opening times "Saturday 8am - 8pm"

Hello,

Thanks for your response.  Yes services are back now but why was the web chat feature closed when in very big letters on the same page the opening times say it was/should be open?

Sadly no.  I didn't think to take a screenshot.  Not saying this personally to you in a sarcastic or bad way but I didn't screenshot as I thought your team/department/company would see if the webchat is online or not.

A screenshot would just be very handy to share with the relevant team with times etc. of when a customer tried to use the service. 

 

For most service issues we would generally ask for a screenshot FlashPan.
