Dialled in with mobile to inform VM and after a few mins of dodging the auto questions was told the wait time is 30 mins....wow!!
Internet is working, so tried the webchat feature. Get the message "Sorry, the team are currently unavailable, please try again during our opening times" and on the same page in even bigger letters I see for the opening times "Saturday 8am - 8pm"

Sadly no. I didn't think to take a screenshot. Not saying this personally to you in a sarcastic or bad way but I didn't screenshot as I thought your team/department/company would see if the webchat is online or not.
