I have recently been sent a TV V6 box, which I have not installed yet and then I get a letter from Virgin telling me that my 'current TV box will soon no longer be supported' and I need to upgrade to a 'TiVo box
the question is: which is the current box that I should be using: TV V6 or TiVo?
You have not installed the box you have been sent. The system is therefore seeing the old box as still in use. The replacement is the box you were sent so if you don't install it you will lose your service.
