TV V6 Box

My TV V6 box has two red LEDs permanently lit, one looks like WiFi sign and the other looks like 2 arrows together pointing outwards diagonally. Also get C130 error when trying to access virgin media through remote. I’ve tried resetting and also plugging in Ethernet cable. This seems to be a regular occurrence but now doesn’t return to normal. I need assistance!

Are you able to access your V6 menus, if so follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network.

The top-right reports your connection status, what is shown?
