TV V6 Box

Hi - as part of an upgrade I ordered a TV V6 box along with a new hub. They were both supposed to be delivered together on 02/11/2020. We received the hub (although Yodel left it by our door instead of being signed for). The V6 box was not with it. I’ve tried online chat and phoning only to have the phone put down when put through to the technical team. I’ve also sent an online complaint but not heard anything back - I appreciate we are all working in challenging times but could I please have an update on when our new V6 box will be delivered as we currently cannot use our current TiVo box. Thanks Amanda

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry about this box not arriving and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I've tried to locate your account to see if this has been resolved for you yet but I've been unable to do so. 

Therefore due to the delay can I ask if this has been sorted yet? 

If not let us know and we can assist further.
