My V6 box stopped working and I got a message saying DVR box has detected a serious problem it will take up to 3 hours to fix it. But I am still getting the same error message even after the next day. I saw someone commenting on the community forum that harddrive is probably gone. I am trying to get hold of virgin media for the last few weeks, but no luck. Posting here hoping someone will see this and respond.
Your box's hard drive has failed and, as you've probably gathered, you'll need a replacement box.
VM staff work their way through posts on here, but it can take a few days - therefore calling faults-CS on 150/0345 4541111 and waiting for an agent in order to report your failed box, will almost certainly be the quickest way to resolve it.
