TV V6 Box is dead. As is support. Replacement?

Our VM TV V6 box just died. No lights, nothing. Checked the power cable, swapped over etc, but nothing. As with most VM customers, we're currently on hold (just waiting to be cut off again). Good innit? 

So, how do we get a new box? Or do we just be done with it and call Sky?

I sympathise, but you're probably not going to like the answer..

Unless you plan on giving VM your cancellation notice by post, then you'll need to call them.. either to report your fault, or give disconnection notice.

Earlier in the day is potentially quicker before queues build up.

Yep, my wife persevered - managed to get through. New box on the way.
