How do I get a replacement TV remote for my V6 box without spending 10 mins on the phone being offered several options plus various test and then being told all operators are busy at the moment?
Why does Virginmedia make things so difficult to get a simple answer to anybody's enquire?

Hi know it's frustrating but you do need to be tenacious if you want anything done phoning is the best thing to do they will send you a new one in the post free. Regards Micky
