TV REPLAY

I am still waiting for the TiVo replay to be fixed since July 4. I was given a date 12 July 2019 only to be told it will be 15 July 2019.  Virgin I have a free view box I have brought I Will termernate my contract with you if not fixed before Wednesday 17 July 2019.  I am paying for a service I am not getting.  This is not acceptable for a company to treat it's customer's.  So virgin get your finger out.

What/Where is 'TiVo Replay' on the V6?

Please can you expand a little on which feature you are refing to when you mention Tivo Replay, as this isn't something I am aware of.

It could be the Replay button on the remote not working.
