TV Pixelating

Hi, can anyone help or offer advice with this. Broadband also drops out 3 or 4 times a week, not for a long period of time but still annoying.

Not sure if the wiring that comes into the house needs attention or if upgraded box and modem needed?

Re: TV Pixelating

Pixellation & picture breakup, assuming you've rebooted your box once, is certainly indicative of a fault.

Whether it's in your box itself or the cabling, VM can begin to identify when you report the fault to them. If your broadband is dropping out, it's potentially indicative of a common fault, but could also be entirely separate issues.

I'd certainly recommend calling VM TV faults to report this issue, but in the meantime, are there any specific channels (including HD/SD?) that are affected? This may help identify particular "clusters" of channels that share common broadcast frequencies.
