On our wavelength

Am in postcode ML3 in Lanarkshire, Scotland. TV picture pixelating but only on one channel, More4.....no issues in my area according to Service Status check and all cabling securely attached.....haven't checked every single channel but of channels watched, only More4 so far affected.

Any thoughts / advice before I phone VM ?

Almost certainly it won't be just More4-HD affected - check any of the following channels that you have in your package... Sky Thriller HD, Sky Sports Action HD, Sky Sports Football HD, Animal Planet HD, Sky Documentaries HD, Sony Max HD, Sky Sports PL-HD, Nickelodeon HD & MTV-HD

Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene.

First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

Hey there,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear about the issue you've been having here. Just to clear up a couple of things if that's okay - as @japitts has advised here, is it possible you can confirm if you've been able to try any other channels? If so, were they the same or not? Is this something that is ongoing as well or has it just been the occasion in which you've flagged it with is - I ask as it helps identify if it's a long running issue or an on the day issue.

Please let us know.

Cheers,

Ryan.
