My contract was due to renew on Sunday 29 November, basically moving to M350 Broadband and MAXIT TV.
As of 5 minutes ago the package had still not changed. The website is still showing the old contract that was due to run out on 29 November. I have turned off the boxes and restarted them but still no change.
I ordered this change on 20th November and have an email confirmation with an Order Reference number.
Been on hold forever on the phone, any suggestions out there would be appreciated!!
