TV Package Not Updated

My contract was due to renew on Sunday 29 November, basically moving to M350 Broadband and MAXIT TV.

As of 5 minutes ago the package had still not changed. The website is still showing the old contract that was due to run out on 29 November. I have turned off the boxes and restarted them but still no change.

I ordered this change on 20th November and have an email confirmation with an Order Reference number.

Been on hold forever on the phone, any suggestions out there would be appreciated!!

Depending how you ordered your new package, it may take a few days to action... changes made over the phone are normally immediate.

You can make sure your TV guide is refreshed by following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.

If that fails to resolve it, you can try a box restart as a last throw of the dice but you're likely going to end up calling in to check what package you are on, and make any necessary changes.

Thanks for your reply, it was ordered online. Tried a box reboot but no change.

Gonna have to go on hold for a couple of hours by the sounds of it. 😞

still no luck getting through on the phone. still stuck on my old, more expensive, package. Been with Virgin since the NTLWorld days and never been this annoyed!

Have you tried logging in to your "My Account" and using the online messaging?

I have just used it today, after trying the phone, and got things sorted out okay.
