New to Virgin (AREA 10), and all working great for last 3 weeks. However the TV has suddenly stopped working with a W02 error - for 2 days now. Everything else works - wifi, Apps ect. I have checked all connections and rebooted and reconnected service more times than I cant count. All to no avail ! I can't contact Service Desk, HOURS on HOLD !, cant run a remote diagnostic than can solve. Seems its a hardware error or a local signal issue. Any ideas or help appreciated ?
