Do you have a TiVo or a V6 box? If you're unsure, you can check here
Firstly, are you sure the guide is saying "Title not available" and not "To be announced"?
If your EPG isn't filling up, it's a good indicator your box isn't connecting to the VM servers to update them. If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, it will show whether your box is connected or not, and when the last successful connection was. When was it last connected?
Further diagnostics depend whether you've got a TiVo or a V6, as the TiVo's connection is physically hardwired and the V6 relies on a connection via your homehub. If you have a V6, how is it connected to your homehub?
