Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having issues with our TV GO App.
Have you tried to download this App on a different device? We have had no issues reported with this App. Is everything working all OK on your main TV services?

Hi the app is on ipad and android tablet. the guide just says "to be announced" and showing the programme list for sky1.
I have uninstalled the app from both tablets and reinstalled to both. All tv services are running fine on the V6 box on issues there.
