TV Box stuck on welcome screen

Seen this on another post - how do I get a technician to look at my box as it won't work !!

It a TV box won't boot-up or is stuck in the reboot cycle you need to report it to faults.

Either 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

VM staff should respond on here after a couple of days otherwise.
