TV Box not working

TV box not working, stuck in the loop of welcome and starting up. Tried changing HDMI leads and ports and switching off etc, was told a ticket had been raised after waiting 45 on hold yet nothing heard as yet. Now the phone number is saying this person's phone is switched off.

No chat facility need this sorting by return
